Galiamelon Limette:

The Galia melon, also known as sarda in Southeast Asia, is a type of F1hybrid melon:The average weight for a Galia melon is one kilogram. They have a rounded shape, a dense netting of rough lines on the skin, and become yellow at full maturity; they are sweet and aromatic, with a special aroma and flavor and a very high content of total soluble solids.Now we are going to see a summer refreshing drink.

Ingredients

Galiamelon - 1 no

Chilled water - 1 1/2 glass

Ice cubes- 4nos

Sugar/Honey - as needed

Lemon - 2 slices

 Method:

  • First deesed the fruit and chop it into fine pieces.Now add it to a mixer / blender.



  •  Add the sugar,water and finely to the fruit pieces and blend it well. When it's fully smashed add juice from 1 lemon slice and the ice cubes and give it one pulse. Sugar can be replaced with honey.
  • Serve it in a glass with 1 piece of lemon to it.


  • Enjoy the cooler !!!
