Pear Milkshake:

Sweet, delicious and rich flavored pears offer crunchiness of apples yet juicy as peach and nectarine. They are widely popular, particularly in the whole of the northern hemisphere, for their unique nutrient qualities.Pears are a good source of dietary fiber and Vitamin C. It is also a low calorie fruit. So now lets see a milkshake with it.

Ingredients

Pear - 1

Chilled milk -1  1/2 glass

Ice cubes- 4nos

Sugar/Honey - as needed

Chilled water - 1/4 glass

 Method:

  • First peel the skin of the fruit lightly and chop it finely. Then add it to a mixer / blender.

  •  Add the sugar and water to the fruit pieces and blend it well. When it's fully smashed add the chilled milk and the ice cubes and blend it well. Sugar can be replaced with honey.
  • Serve it in a glass with nuts garnished.
  • Enjoy the milkshake!!!
