MANGO BANANA MILKSHAKE(மா-வாழை மில்க் க்ஷேக்):

It´s time for a refreshing milkshake with nutritious banana and mango. It is already summer and my home is filled with the aroma of mangoes in rice containers (it ripens on its own when laid in this)
Mangoes are always the favourite seasonal fruit of everyone around the world. Banganapallis and malgova mangoes are all time favourites. My mom prepares mango pachadi with the raw ones and I can eat a whole bowl of it. Now lets see a milkshake with the heavenly mangoes. Adding banana make it acquire the necessary nutrients. Kids love it a lot!!!



                                   

Mango Banana Milkshake recipe

Ingredients



 Mango - 1, finely chopped

 Banana - 1, finely chopped
______________________________________________________________________Sugar - 4 tsp
_____________________________________________________________________
Ice cubes - 2(optional)
______________________________________________________________________
Milk - 1 glass(250ml)

METHOD :


  • Peel the mangoes and chop it finely also the banana. You can also use mango pulp available in stores. Heat milk and let it cool to room temperature. If the milk is hot or warm it may curdle sometimes. 
  • Take a blender or mixie and add the chopped mango , banana, sugar and milk and blend it well to a fine semi liquid. Adding ice cubes is optional. Incase u add just 2 is enough. Adding chilled milk is preferable.
  • Now serve it in a glass.
