Avacado Banana Smoothie


Avacado is a readily available fruit in Europe and its little expensive too. When U buy them check the stem attached to the fruit. The place after removing the stem should be pale yellow which means the fruit is ripe. If its pale brown its very ripe and if its rotten dont buy. Now we are going to see a summer refreshing drink with Avacado.

Ingredients

Avacado -1/2 fruit

Banana - 1/2 no

Chilled milk -1  glass

Ice cubes- 4nos

Sugar/Honey - as needed

Chilled water - 1/2 glass

Chocolate Syrup (optional)

 Method:

  • First scrap  the avacado fruit and add it to a mixer / blender with the chopped bananas.Add half of the chilled milk and grind it well. Half of the fruit is enough to serve 3 persons. As the flesh is too creamy it will yield more.

  •  Later add the remaining milk, water, sugar and give it 2 pulses.Sugar can be replaced with honey.
  • Serve it in a glass with Chocolate syrup topping.



  • Enjoy the smoothie!!!
