Avacado Toast

Avacado is a readily available fruit in Europe and its little expensive too. When U buy them check the stem attached to the fruit. The place after removing the stem should be pale yellow which means the fruit is ripe. If its pale brown its very ripe and if its rotten dont buy. 
Now lets prepare an easy and healthy toast for breakfast with avacado.

Ingredients

Avacado -1/2 fruit

Egg - 1no

Pepper - 1/4 tsp

Salt - needed

Bread - 4 loaves

Oil / ghee - 1 tsp

 Method:

  • First scrap  the avacado fruit and mash it well. Add half of the pepper and salt to it and mix well. 

  • Now scramble the egg with the remaining pepper and salt and keep it ready.

  • Slightly toast the bread slices in a pan with oil/ghee to a light golden colour. This is optional, You can eat the bread without toasting it also.
  • Now take 1 slice and apply the fruit mix evenly and now add the scrambled eggs on it evenly and serve it.
  • Enjoy the Toast!!!
